Shipping Policy

 

We are just as excited as you are to receive your Bow Crew gear!

We ship Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm CST and typically try to process orders within 3 business days. We are a small team, but try to package orders as quickly we can we.

Some Additional Shipping Policy Information:

  • If a product arrives to you with defect / damage or we incorrectly sent the wrong size, color or item, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for return and replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. Please email us details and a quick picture of issue.
  • BOW CREW APPAREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Tracking info is sent on all orders via email for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided by customer and item is returned to us, we will contact you. Any orders shipped to invalid customer supplied addresses are final and will not be replaced.
  • If a package is marked as delivered to your address via USPS, we are unable to replace or refund. You will need to file a missing / stolen claim directly with USPS. Once we turn over a package to USPS, it becomes their full responsibility. Bow Crew Apparel cannot be held liable for security and safety of your order sitting in a mailbox or porch. Package theft is on the rise. Plan accordingly.
  • *All sales to CANADA are final. No returns, exchanges or store credit are available.

Protect your parcel with just a small fee based upon value of contents and you'll be covered if lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

*We offer a one-time replacement only. If an order was lost or stolen the first time, we highly suggest shipping to a new address as it is likely to occur again. We require customers to acknowledge and agree to these terms prior to replacing order.

WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST OR STOLEN:

  • Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We require that you allow FIVE business days for your parcel to be delivered.  Please report to us within 10 days if your item is marked delivered but NOT received. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.

  • You have 10 days to report to us of lost / stolen status for us to replace. After 10 days, the replacement period expires and is null and void.
  • STOLEN Orders Over $99 - must file and submit a copy of a Police Report if considered stolen if it has a delivered notice and be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. If a report is not submitted, a replacement will be ineligible.
